BOVINE SMUGGLING BID FOILED BY KATHUA POLICE; 05 BOVINE ANIMALS RESCUED AND TWO BOVINE SMUGGLERS ARRESTED
Kathua June 03:
In continuation to strict measures to thwart conspiracies of bovine smugglers, a team of Police Station Billawar succeeded in foiling bovine smuggling bid and rescued 05 bovine animals .
Today on 03.06.2020 a Police Station of P/S Billawar While Patrolling/naka checking at Beril Morh rescued 5 bovine animals from the possession of two persons namely 1.sunil Ahmed s/o Attar Beg resident of Nathi Lohai Malhar. 2 Feroz Din s/o Sainu resident of Kog tehsil Billawar are indulging in illegal smuggling/ trade of Bovine animals from Kathua District to Punjab on foot and plying via link road Beril towards Lakhanpur Without permission.
In this regard a case FIR No. 47/2020 U/S 188 IPC has been registered at P/S Billawar against both the persons namely 1.sunil Ahmed s/o Attar Beg r/o Nathi Lohai Malhar. 2 Feroz Din s/o Sainu r/o Kog tehsil Billawar and arrested Them.
Further investigation is going on.
