Today in morning Kathua Police recieved an information about protest in Chenab Textile Mill Kathua by group of employees and labour who resorted to damage of property.

Today in morning Kathua Police recieved an information about protest in Chenab Textile Mill Kathua by group of employees and labour who resorted to damage of property. 
This group of protesters resorted to stone pelting and damaged a Police vehicle (Gypsy) when Police intervened to disperse them . Several Police Personnel including one officer recieved injuries.Later Police resorted to Mild cane charge and dispersed the mob.

Pertinently all these protesters were employees of Chenab Textile Mill Kathua and were agitating over full salary issue which their employer did not paid but only partial amount to them.

Police also registered a case  Fir no 121/2020 u/s 307/336/427/332/353/188/269/270/147 IPC on this incident.
