KATHUA POLICE RECOVERED ILLEGALLY TRANSPORTING OF GOVT PROPERTY.

Kathua,May 22: Reacting swiftly on a specific information Kathua Police busted an illegal trade of transporting Govt Cement/Tin Sheets  meant for  of Govt Works Not for Sale on retails.

 The said Govt. material has illegally been sold by GREF Officials to one Des Raj@Suresh S/O Munshi Ram resident of Roulka Bani, a labour mate working with GREF for his personal use which was found loaded in a private tipper on way to Roulka. 

On this the Police team of P/S Bani intercepted said tipper bearing registration No.JK02CC-2401 at Roulka Morh. During Checking 50 Bags of Ultra Tech Cement /45.Nos of tin sheets alongwith vehicle involved siezed by the police.

In this regard A case FIR No. 21/2020 U/S 406 IPC stands registered at P/S Bani against Des Raj S/O Munshi Ram resident  Roulka  Bani. Police seized the recovered  materials on the spot and arrested two person involved,  further investigations in the case is going on.
