BOVINE SMUGGLING BID FOILED BY POLICE IN KATHUA; 05 BOVINE ANIMALS RESCUED;  DRIVER ARRESTED

KATHUA, MAY 11:-
               Tightening the noose of bovine smugglers in Kathua, a team of P/S Hiranagar (Kathua) rescued 05 No. of bovine animals which were found loaded in Truck mercilessly.
     Today on 11.05.2020 at about 03:30 hours, Police team led by Inspr. Vijay Kumar SHO P/S Hiranagar while on Patrolling/Naka checking Dayala  Chack nearby Forest Check Post intercepted one Truck 407 bearing Registration No. JK08B-5292 coming from Dayala chack  towards Billawar and stopped for checking. During checking of the vehicle, 05 bovine animals were found loaded in the vehicle in a cruel Manner. Driver of the vehicle arrested by the Police team
        In Police action an instant case has been registered at P/S Hiranagar Vide FIR No. 25/2020 U/S 188 IPC, 3/5 PCA Act and the said bovines rescued from the clutches of bovine smuggling menace. Further investigation of the case is going on to caught hold the other involvers.
